ขอบเขตของนโยบาย

Mutta เป็นผู้ช่วยจัดการงานและนัดหมายผ่าน LINE และเว็บ นโยบายนี้อธิบายข้อมูลที่เราเข้าถึง วิธีใช้ข้อมูล การจัดเก็บ และสิทธิ์ควบคุมข้อมูลของผู้ใช้

ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บและใช้

ข้อมูลจาก Google

เมื่อผู้ใช้เลือกเชื่อมบัญชี Google เราขอสิทธิ์เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อ:

  • Google Calendar: อ่าน สร้าง แก้ไข และลบกิจกรรมที่ใช้ซิงก์นัดหมาย รวมถึงสร้างลิงก์ Google Meet เมื่อผู้ใช้สั่ง
  • Google Tasks: อ่านและซิงก์รายการงานระหว่าง Google Tasks กับ Mutta

การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย

Mutta is a personal assistant on LINE and the web that manages appointments, tasks, contacts, and reminders. This restates, in English, the disclosures set out in the localized policy.

Google user data we access, and why

  • Google Calendar (calendar.events): we read, create, update, and delete calendar events so the appointments you ask Mutta to manage stay in sync, and we create a Google Meet link when you request one.
  • Google Tasks (tasks): we read and sync task lists between Google Tasks and Mutta at your direction.
  • Basic account info (openid, email, profile): used to sign you in and to show which Google account is connected.

How we use, share, and protect it

  • Google user data is used only to provide these features to the account owner. It is never used for advertising, is not sold or rented to anyone, and is not used for credit decisions.
  • It is not read by our staff except where strictly necessary to operate the service, at your direction, or where required by law.
  • We use infrastructure providers for hosting, processing, and storage under confidentiality and security obligations. We disclose Google user data to no one else.
  • Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage, all API calls use encrypted connections, and access is scoped per user account. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Google user data and AI development

Mutta uses a language model to understand and respond to your messages. However, data received from Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI and/or ML models. Google Calendar and Google Tasks data is used only to provide the service to the account owner, at that user’s direction, and is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Retention, deletion, and your control

  • We keep data only while your account is active or your Google account remains connected.
  • You can disconnect Google at any time from the app settings. Doing so stops all syncing and deletes the stored Google credentials.
  • To have your account data deleted entirely, email [email protected].

Mutta’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
